ABOUT
OUR JOURNEY
We're not a national franchise with a local phone number. We're not a general contractor who picked up dock work as a side offering. We are a dedicated marine construction team based right here on the Grand Strand — and this is all we do.
That matters more than it sounds.
Building on tidal water in South Carolina is its own discipline. The soil conditions in a Murrells Inlet marsh are nothing like the substrate along the ICW near North Myrtle Beach. The tidal range at a Pawleys Island creek behaves differently than the open water at Grande Dunes. And storm season here isn't a hypothetical — it's a recurring test that separates docks built right from docks built fast.
We've been putting pilings in the ground, framing dock structures, and finishing out marine builds all along this coastline long enough to know the difference.
This company didn't start with a business plan and a marketing budget. It started with hands-on experience doing the actual work — learning how marine timber behaves under tidal stress, understanding what fastener choices mean five years down the road in a salt air environment, figuring out how to read a tidal chart and translate that into a piling depth that holds.
Over time, the work grew. The scope of projects got bigger. Residential dock builds led to commercial marina work. Straightforward installs led to more complex engineering challenges — hurricane retrofits, ADA-compliant ramp systems, helical pile foundations in problem substrates.
The team grew with it. Every person we brought on came from a background in marine construction or a closely related trade. Nobody here learned this on the job at your expense.
Over the years, we have successfully completed countless projects, earned multiple awards, and built strong relationships with our clients. Our stats speak for themselves, reflecting the hard work, dedication, and quality that we put into every project.
